I can't recommend them enough! I messaged them on WhatsApp asking if they had a specific type of product and not only did they reply within a few minutes, they even sent me photos of all the related products that they had available for me to choose from. Great experience at this hospital. I had an ear infection, Dr. Mark Koba was amazing, very kind, patient, and he explained everything in detail so I felt completely at ease. Agatha at reception was also fantastic, super quick and helpful, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Excellent care and service all around!

I am absolutely impressed with the level of care we received. The service was revolutionary from the very beginning – they came to pick us up directly from our place and escorted us to a private room. My son had severe stomach problems, food poisoning, and dehydration. A very competent doctor and nurse arrived promptly, examined him thoroughly, and then took us to the hospital.

There, they ran all the necessary tests, provided very detailed examinations, and kept my son overnight for observation. The facility was extremely clean, the doctor was outstanding, and the entire team showed huge professionalism.

What really stood out was how smooth the insurance process was – everything was handled transparently and efficiently. Even after we returned home, they followed up to ask how my son was feeling.

This was my first experience with a hospital in Zanzibar, and I can honestly say it is truly world-class. Many places in Europe could learn from the way this hospital provides care.

I'm very satisfied with the hospital. I came with a bad ear infection and Dr. Ibrahim helped me fantastic. All the nurses and assistants and desk workers were very helpful and professional. Also to help with contacting health assurance. Even received the next day a message to ask how I was doing. And I was doing all ready much better. Right treatment .Great and grateful

While on vacation in Zanzibar I took ill. From the moment I was transported to MedExpress Hospital I received excellent care from all the doctors, nurses and the entire medical staff. They were thorough, attentive, and kind.
Being alone in a hospital thousands of miles away from home can be quite alarming, but the personal care I received made me feel safe and secure.

Medexpress hospital is a hospital, that makes you feel home away from home.
The hospital took care of me really good. The nurses and doctors are excellent. The medical care is on a professional level and the staff took care of every problem I had during my stay. Also the receptionists were always there for me and did everything. They even came back for me with their ambulance car to the apartment right away as soon as I felt sick again. They were really and honestly the best. I felt safe and good during my stay. The hospital is beautiful, new, clean and it makes you feel relaxed also.
Also you can choose from the menu and everyday you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Everyone is so nice and takes care for you.

We ordered some medication via WhatsApp and got an answer in less than 5min. We told them what we needed and they directly sent us a delivery guy who brought us the medication in less than 15min.

We arrived early hours of the morning and they treated me with the best care possible from my nurse John.
Then after when having trouble with insurance the receptionist Alpha was amazing with help we received. Also then taken us back to our location safely in the early hours of the morning.

This pharmacy offers really excellent service. I contacted them via WhatsApp regarding medication for my son whilst visiting Zanzibar and within 30 minutes they'd provided excellent care and advice over the phone and then had medicine delivered to where we were staying. Highly recommended 😊

We had a wonderful experience under the circumstances. The facility is new and clean and they can do x-rays, sonars, blood tests, you name it with a fast turn around. The food was fantastic. You could order off a menu and everything was well-prepared and delivered to your room.
The staff were incredibly kind. Thank you to Dr. Ludovic who helped us from the hotel we stayed at to the facility in Paje. All the nurses, Risiki and Doreen, Dr. Rawaa, radiographer mr. Mkusi and the front desk lady ms. Imaculate. Everyone handled us with kindness and empathy.
You definitely want to end up here when you are in an emergency! Well done!

I recently visited MedExpress Pharmacy and was thoroughly impressed with both their products and services.
The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist me in finding and providing the products I was looking for.
